DOSAGE

The amount of CBD you need to take depends on a number of factors, such as:

- Your gender,

- your height and body weight,

- your age

- the symptoms you are experiencing,

- the temperament, composition and chemistry of your body,

- the concentration of CBD that the preparation you will take has.

Cannabinoids offer a personalized treatment that varies from organism to organism. You should start with a mild dose (e.g. 2-3 drops) of a low oil content (e.g. 3% or 5%), and "go up step by step" observing your body's reactions. Increasing the dose slowly and steadily, with constant observation, you will find our "therapeutic window", i.e. the dosage that works especially for you.

At each dose change, at each "step", you must stay for at least 4 days. If you do not see improvement, add another dose, another drop a day. Then stay on this "step" again for 4 days, observing the reactions of your body.

By increasing your dose drop by drop and faithfully following the above steps, with patience and observation you reach a point where you do not see further improvement although you increase the dose.

Most of the frequent users of CBD may find that a dose of 5 to 15mg taken 1-2 times a day is enough to provide effective action. Others who take CBD for depression or stress find that a daily dose of 1-3mg is enough for a start.

As general reference, one drop of CBD is approximately equivalent to 0.05ml and one full dropper is 1ml. So for example if you are going to use a 10ml vial with CARE DROPS 10% (1000mg CBD), taking 1 drop of oil will provide you with a dose of about 3.2mg CBD, while from a CARE DROPS oil with a content of 5% (500mg / 10ml) you will be provided with a dose of about 1.6mg CBD and finally a drop from a CARE DROPS 3% oil corresponds to 1mg CBD+CBDa.

To take full advantage of the positive effects of CBD, it is best to use it consistently on a daily basis. You can take a dose 1-3 times a day.

For our little friends a general principle in the dosage is 1-5mg for every 5 kg of weight (0.2-1mg / kg), 1-3 times a day. See in the table below a recommended dosage based on weight. Each drop of KANNABIO PET CARE CBD DROPS contains 1mg CBD.
