How to use it
The ways to use cannabinoids are oral (swallowing), sublingual, inhalation and dermal use. Try different download methods and products in different categories to see what gives you the best results.
When taken orally, your body will absorb about 20% of the cannabinoid with each dose (or more in the case of liposomal CBD). However, the effects of oral CBD intake tend to last longer than other methods, compensating for the lower degree of absorption.
Taking CBD sublingually is fast and effective. CBD molecules pass through the thin layer of tissue under the tongue into the capillaries, then pass into the bloodstream and cells, resulting in high bioavailability of 30-50%. Use the dropper sublingually. Drip the drop and wait about a minute for it to be absorbed by the oral mucosa and then swallow.
In the case of hepidermic application, CBD does not reach the bloodstream directly, but interacts with receptors on the skin to keep the largest organ of our body hydrated, healthy and elastic.
For most people, it takes about 30 minutes to feel the positive effects of CBD oil after ingestion or topical application, but this can vary depending on the concentration and activity of the product.
